Part Time Retail Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong business acumen. Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of the retail store - Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and profitability - Manage inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained - Train, supervise, and motivate staff to meet sales targets - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Handle budgeting and financial aspects of the store - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting Requirements - Proven experience in retail management - Strong mathematical skills for budgeting and financial analysis - Ability to lead and develop a team of employees - Proficiency in inventory control and merchandising - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Familiarity with employee orientation processes - Knowledge of clerical duties within a retail environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 29 per week Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Shift: Day shift Evening shift Experience: retail: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
