Director, Strategic Growth & Partnerships (Part-Time)
Wisemen Multimedia, LLC is seeking a highly connected and strategic professional to serve as our Director,Strategic Growth & Partnerships. This part-time leadership role is responsible for developing strategicpartnerships, expanding market opportunities, supporting federal growth initiatives, and strengtheningrelationships across government, industry, academic, and innovation ecosystems.This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with experience in federal contracting, strategic growthinitiatives, HBCU engagement, partnership development, and long-term business positioning. The Director willwork closely with executive leadership to help identify and cultivate opportunities that support the company’slong-term strategic objectives.Job SummaryThe Director, Strategic Growth & Partnerships will lead efforts to identify, develop, and strengthen strategicrelationships that expand the company’s market position and opportunity pipeline. This role will focus onecosystem expansion, federal opportunity development, strategic teaming relationships, and partnershipinitiatives involving government agencies, universities, industry leaders, and innovation-focused organizations.The position will also support initiatives related to facility-clearance readiness and secure opportunity access,while helping position the organization for future strategic growth opportunities. This is a flexible, part-timeleadership role averaging approximately 20 hours per week.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strategic partnerships that support company growth initiativesIdentify and pursue teaming opportunities with industry, government, and academic partnersSupport the expansion of the company’s federal contracting ecosystem and opportunity pipelineBuild and strengthen relationships with HBCUs, universities, and innovation organizationsAssist in identifying and developing Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) partnership opportunitiesSupport strategic growth initiatives through relationship development and ecosystem engagementAssist executive leadership with capture support, positioning discussions, and opportunity developmentIdentify pathways for long-term federal and commercial growth opportunitiesSupport initiatives related to facility-clearance readiness and secure opportunity accessCoordinate with subject matter experts, industry leaders, and strategic advisors to strengthenorganizational capabilitiesIdentify collaboration opportunities with companies possessing complementary capabilities andclearancesHelp bridge relationships between government, industry, and academic stakeholdersRepresent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, conferences, andpartnership discussionsProvide strategic recommendations to executive leadership regarding market positioning andpartnership strategyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Government, Communications, Strategic Studies, or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, federal contracting, economic development, or related areasStrong understanding of the federal contracting ecosystem and government-industry partnershipsExperience developing relationships with HBCUs, universities, government agencies, and private-sector partnersDemonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and create opportunity pathwaysExperience supporting capture efforts, strategic growth initiatives, or ecosystem expansion efforts preferredFamiliarity with facility-clearance processes, government security environments, or defense-sector engagement is a plusExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skillsStrong networking and stakeholder engagement abilitiesAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with executive leadershipProfessional, strategic, and solutions-oriented mindsetBenefitsFlexible part-time work scheduleOpportunity to work directly with executive leadership on high-impact strategic initiativesExposure to federal contracting, innovation ecosystems, and strategic growth effortsOpportunity to help shape long-term organizational growth and partnershipsCollaborative and entrepreneurial work environmentAbout Wisemen Multimedia, LLCFounded in 2010, Wisemen Multimedia, LLC (EIN 27-2836493, DUNS 034-931-168, UEI QMEAXFXBFFT3) is a HUBZone certified hybrid digital business ecosystem creator for people, processes, and technologies.
