This remote role requires adept coordination across multiple global time zones and a strong ability to translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans. The ideal candidate will drive UAT processes, manage cross-functional dependencies, and provide clear, executive-level reporting to ensure successful program delivery.JOB REQUIREMENTS:     Manage over 50 complex inbound inquiries daily, performing thorough investigations into accounts to resolve ead and coordinate all aspects of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across global teams. Develop and execute integrated program plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Manage cross-functional dependencies, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Synthesize complex information into actionable insights and executive-ready reports. Drive continuous improvement of program and UAT execution processes. Must-Have Skills:Proven experience leading UAT initiatives from planning to sign-off.Extensive Agile project management experience. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple time zones (US, Europe, India). Industry Experience:No specific domain/industry experience required beyond general program management expertise.
