This role is essential to the success of our development efforts, providing the administrative and communications support needed so our team can stay focused on building meaningful donor relationships.This position serves as the operational backbone of our development program, supporting donor systems, communications, marketing, and fundraising initiatives. If you are someone who thrives behind the scenes but wants your work to make a real and tangible impact, this is for you.What You’ll DoDonor Database, Stewardship, and Administrative SupportMaintain and update all donor records in Bloomerang CRM within 48 hours, including gifts, interactions, and contact updatesGenerate reports and provide data insights as neededProcess donation receipts and acknowledgment letters with accuracy and timelinessHelp coordinate donor follow-up to ensure strong stewardshipTrack fundraising campaigns and manage related dataAssist with scheduling meetings, site tours, and donor cultivation opportunitiesSupport event logistics including invitations, RSVPs, and materialsProvide general administrative support as neededMarketing and Communications SupportDesign professional materials such as vision reports, social media graphics, newsletters, presentations, donor appeals, and impact reportsDraft donor communications and impact stories across multiple channelsMaintain a development content calendar aligned with fundraising goalsGrant Management SupportAssist in the grant writing processMaintain a grant calendar and track all deadlinesGather stories, data, and supporting materials for proposalsHelp ensure all reporting requirements are completed on timeWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who is deeply organized and follows through on the details that make everything else possibleA strong communicator who can write in a way that feels thoughtful, clear, and personalSomeone who can juggle multiple moving pieces and still hit deadlines with excellenceA genuine heart for people and a desire to be part of loving neighbors and feeding soulsSomeone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and helps move things forward without being askedComfort with or willingness to learn systems like BloomerangAn eye for design and creativity using tools like Canva is a plusWhy This Role MattersAt Central Storehouse, we are committed to loving neighbors and feeding souls across the DFW metroplex.
