SAP Solution Architect (QTC)

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a SAP Solution Architect (QTC). This position can be based at any Eaton site within the continental US.The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you'll do:The SAP System Architect - Quote To Cash will be required to be a expert in SAP SD & LE module with exposure to manufacturing processes within a highly integrated and diverse IT landscape. They will collaborate with Agile teams to consider solutions, validate technology assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and converge on a solution. Finally, the System Architect will work closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to deliver solutions that are aligned to the broader architecture guardrails..Job Responsibilities:Lead and participate in the planning, definition, development, and high-level design of complex product solutions and architectural alternativesEnable a continuous delivery pipeline through proper design guidelinesDefine and communicate system interfaces, data structures, data storage, integrations, cybersecurity considerations, test automation concepts, and deployment approachesConfigure standard business process QTC (Quote To Cash) SAP modules (SD/MM/LE/CS) in both ECC and S/4HANADesign business process integration between SAP SD & SAP LE in ECC & S/4HANAEstablish and communicate critical nonfunctional requirementsConsider the impact economic boundaries have on design decisions and operate accordinglyParticipate in solution planning, incremental planning, product demos, and inspect and adapt eventsPlan and develop the architectural runway for a product that supports desired business outcomesProvide technical oversight and encourage security, quality, and automationEffectively negotiate with the business to ensure nonfunctional work (e.g. patching, platform upgrade etc.) is properly prioritized and worked on to reduce the accumulation of technical debt over time.Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum 8 years of experience in the software industry within SAP.No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of an Eaton site within the continental US will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the futurePreferred qualifications:Extensive experience utilizing best practices in SAP ECC and S/4 HANAExceptional SAP QTC functional knowledge across SD/MM, pricing, ATP, CS, logistics, integration experience, basic EDI knowledge.
