Advisor Support Associate
Role DescriptionCompensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000Locations: Chandler, AZWe are seeking an experienced and polished Advisor Support Associate (ASA) to join our rapidly expanding team. This role is integral to delivering exceptional client experience, enhancing advisor effectiveness, and supporting the continued growth of the firm. As a trusted partner to one or more financial advisors, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated client base, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and proactive communication at every stage of the client relationship.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client centric environment and takes pride in anticipating needs, solving problems, and executing with precision.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison for client relationships, delivering a high-touch, responsive service experienceManage all cashiering and client service functions with accuracy and efficiencyPrepare, process, and track account paperwork, applications, and service requestsCoordinate and support quarterly client portfolio reviews by generating reports and preparing meeting materialsTriage and respond to client inquiries via phone and email with a commitment to same-day responseMaintain accurate and comprehensive client records across CRM systems (Redtail) and internal platformsEnsure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standardsPartner closely with internal teams to fulfill client needs, including account documentation, tax forms, beneficiary updates, and other service-related itemsProactively manage follow-ups and ensure all client and advisor requests are completed in a timely manner QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a financial advisory, wealth management, or brokerage environmentDemonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationshipsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalismStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsFINRA Series 7 or 6 and Series 63 or 65 licensesExperience with Redtail CRM, Albridge, and/or Pershing platformsNotary Public designationWorking knowledge of financial products and services including insurance, annuities, managed accounts (TPMM), PCRAs, qualified retirement plans (QRPs), and pensionsFamiliarity with Pershing, LLC as a custodianCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary, commensurate with experience and licensingQuarterly performance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package including PTO and paid holidaysSummer hours (June & July) to support work-life balance401(k) with company matchEmployee recognition programsTuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development opportunitiesCompany DescriptionWilde Wealth Management Group is an award-winning, independent advisory firm offering fully integrated financial services, including retirement planning, investment management, real estate, insurance, legal, and tax strategies—all under one roof.
