Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF Welcome) Action Speech LLC | Broward & Miami-Dade Counties, FL Join Our Growing Team! Action Speech LLC is seeking a passionate and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our expanding pediatric practice. We are currently hiring for a full-time school-based position in Lauderdale Lakes (K–8), with the opportunity to provide additional therapy hours at our North Miami therapy center. We also have a part-time school-based position available in Davie (K–5). Available Positions Full-Time Charter School in Lauderdale Lakes Kindergarten through 8th Grade Monday–Friday during school hours Opportunity for additional paid after-school hours at our North Miami clinic Part-Time Charter School in Davie Kindergarten through 5th Grade Flexible school-based schedule Opportunity to add after-school clinic hours if desired Responsibilities Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Maintain timely documentation and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Participate in IEP meetings as needed Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy services Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligible) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply Strong communication and organizational skills School-based experience preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling options Supportive and collaborative team environment Clinical mentorship and supervision for Clinical Fellows Opportunity to work in both school and private practice settings Diverse pediatric caseload Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding practice If you're looking for a position where you can make a difference while enjoying flexibility and a supportive team, we'd love to connect with you!
