Experienced Strategy Consultants

We are recruiting for Strategy Consultants at various levels to support our multidisciplinary business areas tailored to the US and international markets. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join our team at the heart of our US expansion, taking on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cost, revenue, and financial analysis, valuation, cash flow forecasting, and Excel modeling with guidance to support high-stakes decision-making.Develop analytic approaches and frameworks based on project objectives.Perform market and company research, interview experts, develop insights, and contribute to compelling PowerPoint presentations.Participate in client meetings and project discussions, gaining firsthand exposure to their challenges and needs.Collaborate closely with senior team members to present findings, gather feedback, and refine deliverables, ensuring impactful outcomes for every engagement.Qualifications:Completed either a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or math; or MBA1+ years of experience at a top tier strategy consulting firmExceptional quantitative, analytic, and problem-solving skillsStrong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); proficiency in R or Python is an advantageAbility to look at problems logically, holistically and with an open and creative mind; keen eye for detailProficiency in key business functions appropriate with experience level - e.g., operations, finance, marketingOutstanding written and verbal communication skills; clear & organized; ability to explain topics succinctly; good conversational skillsCurious mindset with the ability to learn new topics quickly and to draw reasonable conclusions from inferencesEntrepreneurial, and collaborative attitude, willing to take on responsibility and work independently when needed; enthusiastic about businessWillingness to work primarily from our Manhattan office, as well as travel as neededMust be authorized to work in the United StatesBenefits of joining Accuracy:A comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $250,000.
