Job DescriptionA growing manufacturing operation is seeking Industrial Painters to join their team painting commercial trucking trailers. This opportunity is open to candidates at all experience levels - from individuals with 3-6 months of industrial painting experience to seasoned professionals with several years in the field.The most important factor is the ability to produce high-quality industrial finishes. For candidates newer to the trade, the team is looking for individuals who are coachable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and apply feedback to develop their skills.What You'll Be DoingPerform industrial painting on trucking and commercial trailersApply 2-part paint systems, including epoxy primer and top coatProduce automotive-quality finishesMix paints and coatings according to specificationsAssist with ordering paint and supplies from vendorsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members and communicate effectively to maintain production flowIdeal BackgroundExperience with industrial painting (manufacturing, equipment, trailers, automotive, case manufacturing, etc.)Ability to achieve a high-quality, durable finishStrong attention to detailEntry-level candidates should be eager to learn, take instruction well, and apply feedbackScheduleTwo schedule options available:1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:40 PM - 3:00 AMNo regular weekend work.
