You hold the cognitive load without getting flustered, and you know which thread to pick up firstCalm Under Volume: When the queue spikes or a scheduling crunch lands on a Saturday afternoon, you triage by importance rather than by who’s loudest. You don’t perform stress; you absorb it and keep movingHigh Agency in a Remote Seat: Nobody walks by your desk to ask if you’re stuck. When you see a broken process, a wrong FAQ, or a recurring issue, you flag it, fix it, or document it without waiting for someone to assign itNo-Ego Service Posture: You’re happy to reschedule the same client for the third time, answer the same FAQ for the tenth time, and own the small unglamorous work as fully as the complex problem-solving. The job is the work, not the titleWhat Will You Do?Handle high-volume inbound and outbound client interactions across phone, email, text, and Slack, staying accurate and human on every channelManage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision, often dozens per shiftAnswer client questions on nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology with clear, accurate, empathetic guidancePartner with our events and operations teams on outbound communications and logistical coordination ahead of scan eventsDe-escalate and triage complex or sensitive client situations with composureContribute to ongoing process improvements: flag recurring issues, suggest better workflows, and help refine our CX standardsRequirements3+ years of customer experience in a high-volume environment (experience with CX platforms like HubSpot, AirCall, or Zendesk a strong plus)Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practicesProven ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems fast, and pass an internal knowledge and skills assessment within 90 daysExceptional written and verbal communication, with natural empathy across a wide range of clientsGenuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness, enough to learn the science of DEXA and explain it clearlyAbility to thrive with direct, unfiltered feedback. They aren’t required and won’t be a sole factor, but they help us learn about you since we don’t run pre-employment testingScheduleMonday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM CSTTuesday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM CSTWednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CSTFriday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CSTSaturday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM CSTThursday and Sunday offSchedule may shift to accommodate business needsCompensationBase Salary: $41,600 ($20.00/hour at 40 hrs/week)Performance Bonus: Up to 7% of base salary annually ($2,912); half paid in cash ($1,456), half in stock optionsTeam Revenue Bonus: $500/month when we hit monthly goals ($6,000 annually; we hit our goals 9 out of 12 months in 2025)Total Cash Compensation: Up to $49,056Equity: Stock options through performance bonus and additional grants based on performanceAll team members regardless of position are eligible for additional stock option grants and profit sharing based on performance.
