Personal Injury Paralegal – Settlement Data & Case Entry (Remote)CaseMetrix is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal (3–5 years) to support our case entry and data operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in plaintiff or defense personal injury work who is highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with legal data and technology.This is a fully remote position focused on reviewing, organizing, and accurately entering settlement and verdict data into our proprietary database.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze personal injury settlements and verdictsRead medical records and prepare medical chronologies to help Paralegals with projects as neededDraft and edit narrative case summariesAccurately input case data into the CaseMetrix platformCollaborate with Client Support Representatives to finalize case entriesManage daily database updates and release schedulesUtilize AI-assisted tools with human review to ensure data accuracyRequired Qualifications (non-negotiable)3–5 years of personal injury paralegal experience (plaintiff or defense)Strong understanding of PI case lifecycle, settlements, and verdictsAbility to read and summarize medical records, preparing medical chronologiesExcellent written communication and attention to detailExperience reviewing legal documents and summarizing case factsComfortable working remotely and independently Preferred QualificationsExperience with legal databases or case management softwareFamiliarity with settlement valuation or case analysisPrior experience with high-volume case review or data entryCompensationSalary is commensurate with experience.About CaseMetrixCaseMetrix is a leading settlement and verdict database providing legal professionals with comprehensive, reliable data.
