Machine Operator

Therm, Incorporated a leader in providing innovative machining solutions to a global market, is currently seeking qualified individuals for machine operation. -FIRST SHIFT (7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday) -Overtime as needed or as business necessitates. -Starting wage dependent upon experience. PRIMARY JOB DESCRIPTION, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Experience appreciated but not required. -Various openings exist in our Mill, Lathe, Grind, Polish, CNC, EDM and Weld manufacturing cell areas for qualified machine operators. -Set up, operation and function of machinery to perform a variety of machine operations on various metal alloy parts according to prescribed specifications in processes, layout, blueprint and/or work instructions. -Ability to read, understand and work to process sheets and blueprints. -Must be able to work to tight tolerances and possess a strong mathematical aptitude. -Good verbal and written skills a must. -Perform other duties as assigned. -At all times, work to Therm, Incorporated Code of Ethics, Safety Standards and Quality Policies while performing operational functions. -Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. -Must be able to push, pull and/or lift up to and including 70 pounds. -Must pass a physical examination including drug testing. -Background checks also performed.
