Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners from content, research, product and engineering, integrating insights and narratives into end-to-end design solutions. Lead the design and execution of end-to-end product experiences — from concept to polished UI — balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities. Apply advanced mastery of Figma and prototyping tools to craft detailed interaction flows, component-level systems, and high-fidelity designs that raise the bar for quality and consistency. Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and content peers to explore opportunities, refine hypotheses, and deliver solutions that connect strategy to execution. Present and articulate design rationale through clear storytelling, connecting design decisions to measurable outcomes and product vision.
