We work alongside our clients to solve complex challenges, align media investments to real-world impact, and drive measurable growth. This role sits at the center of that mission.You are both strategic and operational. You understand your clients’ businesses deeply, build trust with senior stakeholders, and ensure our work consistently delivers against their goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of outcomes, and know how to balance client success with business performance.Here’s What You’ll Do1. Own Client Strategy & GrowthDevelop and lead account strategies that drive ~25% revenue growth across your portfolioAlign client goals with actionable plans across media, data, and executionIdentify opportunities to expand partnerships and deepen impactManage account performance against both client outcomes and internal business goals2. Lead Client RelationshipsServe as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholdersBuild strong, long-term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and resultsSet clear expectations and communicate proactively—especially when navigating challengesAct as the voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment across teams3. Drive Performance & Delivery ExcellenceEnsure all work delivered meets a high standard of quality and drives measurable outcomesStay accountable to client performance metrics and overall successPartner with internal teams to ensure strategy, execution, and results are alignedStep in when needed to solve problems and keep initiatives on track4. Manage the Business (P&L Ownership)Own and manage portfolio-level P&L, including revenue growth and margin targetsMake decisions that balance client success with sustainable business performanceMonitor account health and proactively address risks to performance or profitability5. Lead & Develop the TeamMentor and coach team members, helping them grow strategically and operationallyFoster a high-performance, collaborative team environmentEnsure clarity of roles, priorities, and expectations across your pod6. Connect Strategy Across the BusinessBring together client goals, data insights, team capabilities, and platform strategyIdentify gaps and opportunities across people, process, and technologyChallenge assumptions and continuously look for better ways to drive resultsHere’s What You Bring:15+ years of experience in agency client leadership, delivery, or professional services10+ years managing portfolio-level P&Ls, including revenue growth and margin accountabilityProven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholdersStrong strategic thinking paired with the ability to operate and execute when neededExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across disciplinesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence, set expectations, and build trustDeep understanding of performance marketing and business outcomesExperience in industries such as nonprofit, financial services, insurance, or retail is a plusA solution-oriented mindset with a focus on creating win-win outcomes for clients and the businessCuriosity and a willingness to challenge the status quoWhat Delve Deeper Offers:Health Benefits: Comprehensive (100% company-paid) health coverage for employees & their families, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
