JOB DESCRIPTION:Seeking a diligent and analytical Staff Accountant to support general accounting operations and financial controls within a multi-media organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records, supporting month-end close, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in accounting principles, is analytical, proactive, and proficient with using QuickBooks accounting software. Key responsibilities ·   Assist accounts receivable billings and support AR collections.Support weekly and monthly bank statement reconciliations.Support daily cash receipts activities.Manage accounts payable activities, including invoice preparation, coding, processing payments, and handling related financial transactions.Prepare revenue and expense journal entries, including accruals and adjustments.Point person of T&E administration through Concur platform.
