Job Description Material HandlerLocation: Cedar Springs, MI Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $19/hrJob Summary Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Material Handler to join our team in Cedar Springs, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us move and manage materials efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized facility.What You'll Be Doing As a Material Handler, your core responsibilities will include:Material movementMove loads and unload inventory using a reach truck or forklift safely and efficiently.Inventory managementTake inventory counts, perform scrap requests, and assist with audits and reporting.Facility upkeepMaintain a clean and organized workspace while following all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).In addition, you will also be expected to support your team with multitasking duties and help ensure smooth operations across the facility.What We're Looking ForQualifications:Experience operating a reach truck or forklift required.Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.Compliance with GMP: no jewelry, buttons, or nail polish allowed.Skills:ConcentrationFocused on safety and accuracy while handling materials.Basic mathPerform inventory counts and simple calculations accurately.Multitasking & teamworkHandle multiple tasks efficiently while collaborating with team members.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity for both short-term and long-term employment.
