Ideal Qualifications: Product Designer experience of 2+ years Customer Experience Design focused with the ability to creatively resolve complex user and design issues. Thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Great team player with high emotional intelligence. Expert at conveying business concepts in a visually engaging and concisely written way. Constant learner with a strong desire to use the latest design tools. Assertive, with the ability to lead, empower team members and translate user studies into action. Analytical decision maker with a proven track record of helping create phenomenal user experiences. Position Tasks: Own designs end to end from concept through launch and beyond. Design elegant experiences using wireframes, visual designs and prototypes to resolve UX challenges. Help define requirements and have a laser focus on user interaction details. Support innovative thinking and identify future opportunities.
