Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Marion, IL, for a Fleet Sales Manager. In this role, you will manage the entire sales process for our commercial fleet, including planning strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, presenting solutions, preparing and negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining performance reports, and coordinating with internal departments to fulfill fleet orders effectively. You will play a key role in developing relationships with new clients while nurturing existing partnerships. Qualifications Proven expertise in Fleet Sales and knowledge of Commercial VehiclesExperience in Sales Processes and Sales techniques to drive measurable revenueStrong understanding of Customer Satisfaction principles and relationship managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Midwest markets and industry trends is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredValid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed
