To complete application, click "apply" box to the right and above.Job Title: Assessment Center AssistantDepartment: Assessment Center/Career PlanningReports Directly To: Assessment Center CoordinatorPosition Closing Date: Open until filledJob Group: HHourly Wage: *$33,926- **$42,326Primary Function Of PositionProvides support for all functions of the Assessment Center.Embrace the Francis Tuttle Culture as reflected in the Mission and Vision statements, and continually portray the Core Values: Service, Trust, Aspiration, Respect and Responsibility.Essential Job FunctionsAdministers a variety of assessments for current and potential internal/external customers.Ensures courteous and friendly service to all internal/external customers.Ensures security of all assessment and testing instruments, testing materials, and test logs; follows procedures to maintain security for assessment and testing.Ensures compliance with testing guidelines and legal requirements established for administration of various contracted testing programs.Maintains and updates testing records in an accurate and timely manner; manages monthly and end of year reports for assessment and ODCTE reporting.Able to work with and communicate to instructors and advisors on behalf of the Assessment Center.Produces statistical reports related to assessment logs.Ability to be present on the job as described under work conditions and contract details.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred.Individual must have excellent communication, organizational skills and be detail-oriented.Must possess outstanding customer service skills.Experience working directly with student populations is preferred.Have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of student records/assessment scores.Must have the ability to work under pressure, as well as multitask in a high-paced environment.Must be highly competent in use of computers with proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel) with excellent keyboarding and data entry skills.Must be able to operate office equipment such as fax, copier, telephone system, etc.This position requires both possession of a valid Oklahoma Driver's license and the ability to independently drive to meetings, training locations, and other District campuses. The employee must also remain in compliance with District driving record policies.Working Conditions: Working a long period of time on the computer with concentrated visual effort and long periods of sitting. Work in a team-oriented environment with the willingness to share work areas. Extensive communication with internal and external customers. Reliable, dependable and punctual attendance. This is not an exhaustive list and reasonable accommodations will be determined as needed.Organizational RelationshipFull-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the Assessment Center Coordinator.Contract Details: Twelve-month contract subject to annual renewal. Working days/hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. or as schedule demands.BenefitsFrancis Tuttle offers a comprehensive benefit package for full-time employment to include paid health and dental insurance, monthly supplemental benefit compensation of $465, employee leave plan with family friendly work calendar and 100% contribution into Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System. The district will match up to 2% of monthly, base salary with a 403b or 457 retirement plan (base salary does not include stipends or extra duty). Starting salary represents individuals who are in early stages of career, newer to the role, working toward increasing proficiency.
