Social is a core expression of our brand universe—where education, artistry, and culture meet.THE ROLE: VIOLETTE_FR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Assistant Manager to support the execution and optimization of our E-commerce ecosystem across .com, marketplaces, email marketing, SMS, and analytics. This role will play a critical part in driving performance and growth for our direct-to-consumer business across all E-commerce touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both collaborative and results-driven, working closely with cross-functional marketing partners to ensure seamless execution and efficient workflows. They are highly organized, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Email & SMSPlan, brief, build, and deploy email & SMS campaigns (promotional, lifecycle, triggered)Collaborate with manager and creative team on content, segmentation, and personalization strategiesEnsure campaigns are approved, QA’d and deployed accurately and on scheduleTrack and report on performance metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion) and provide insights for optimizationE-CommerceAssist in updates to the website and marketplaces (Shop and TikTok Shop) for product launches, promotional campaigns, and other initiativesAssist in creating and managing collection pages for use across marketing channelsAssist in managing seasonal merchandising & SEO updates for the website and marketplaces (Shop and TikTok Shop)Support A/B testing initiatives and monitor site performance while recommending optimizations to improve engagement and conversionAnalyticsSupport the analysis of performance across .com, email and SMS channelsTranslate data into actionable insights and recommendationsEXPERIENCE & SKILLS:2-3 years of experience in E-commerce and email/SMS marketing, preferably in beauty, luxury, fashion and/or wellnessExperience with marketing and organizational tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, G-Suite and DropboxExcellent communication, organization, and collaboration skillsStrong analytical skills and comfort working with dataThrives in a nimble, agile, “roll up your sleeves” environment while maintain high standards for execution
