Above all, Employees will be provided the same concern, respect, and caring attitude within the organization that they are expected to share externally with every Southwest Customer.Job DescriptionThe Associate Maintenance Programs Engineer supports the Maintenance Programs Team within Technical Operations (Tech Ops) by assisting in the development and optimization of Southwest Airlines’ scheduled maintenance programs. They’ll provide engineering support through documentation, data analysis, and regulatory alignment while gaining exposure to OEM standards, internal procedures, and maintenance program processes. They’ll partner with Stakeholders across Tech Ops to analyze data, identify trends, and support maintenance optimization efforts using tools such as Excel, Alteryx, SQL, and VizQL.
