Food Services Supervisor - Food Services South - Evenings

Description :Responsible/accountable for day-to-day operations of a food service operation. Possesses basic cafeteria, food service, and cash register knowledge. Oversees daily activities of the food service operation and is responsible for evaluation of standards and quality control. Directs and supervises staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code to accomplish all daily tasks.
