A company is looking for an Ultrasound Dispatcher. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule ultrasound appointments for patients Manage communication between patients, healthcare providers, and ultrasound technicians Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of patient information and appointments Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a healthcare or medical scheduling environment Proficiency in using scheduling software and electronic health records Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision Availability to work Sunday to Thursday from 10:30am to 7:00pm EST
