SUNY Broome Community College is seeking qualified candidates for a full-timeCustodial Worker to join our first shift team. This position is scheduled Monday throughFriday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Custodial Workers are responsible for cleaning campus buildings, maintaining grounds(including snow and ice removal), performing custodial-related tasks, and assisting withminor maintenance as needed.Requirements Knowledge and skill in the safe and proper use of cleaning equipment, maintenance tools, chemicals, disinfecting methods, waste handling, grounds maintenance equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy objects, bending, climbing, reaching, repetitive motions, and other related duties as assigned.
