Job Summary The Quick Lane Automotive Service Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, efficient service while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform oil and filter changes efficiently and accuratelyInspect vehicle fluid levels and top off as needed (oil, coolant, brake, transmission, washer fluid)Rotate and balance tires as requiredPerform multi-point vehicle inspections and document findingsReplace basic wear items such as air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and light bulbsIdentify and communicate additional maintenance needs to service advisorsFollow all dealership and manufacturer procedures and safety guidelinesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaUse shop equipment and tools properly and safelyDeliver timely service while maintaining quality standards Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and time management skillsBasic mechanical knowledge or automotive experience preferredAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsPositive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred SkillsPrior lube technician or automotive service experienceBasic understanding of vehicle maintenance systemsStrong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn and advance in automotive service BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays
