Our craftsmen are responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform repairs and projects in carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general handyman tradesCommunicate with customers regarding job progress and any changes to scope, labor, or materialsProactively identify additional repair opportunities and communicate them to customersAccurately track job details using company-provided softwareProvide regular job status updates to the Office ManagerRepresent and strengthen the Ace Handyman Services brand through quality craftsmanship and professionalismQualifications & SkillsStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skillsProfessional verbal and written communication abilitiesProven experience as a craftsman or professional handyman preferredOwn tools necessary for carpentry, tiling, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and general repair workReliable transportation capable of hauling ladders and materialsValid driver's license, current auto insurance, and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and strong work ethicIndependent thinker who takes pride in exceeding customer expectationsPhysical DemandsAbility to lift, carry, pull, or move up to 50 lbsAbility to climb ladders and stairs while following safety protocolsFrequent bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periodsMaintain safe and clean work environmentsWork EnvironmentIndoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditionsModerate noise levels when operating power tools and equipmentIf you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy helping customers solve problems, we'd love to hear from you.
