Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Fund Formation Attorney.Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fund Formation Attorney to assist our client on a part-time basis for the next 4+ months.Company: Law firm.Experience: 10+ years of fund formation experience within a law firm.
