Landscaper/Groundskeeper

If you thrive in a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with a passion for outdoor aesthetics, this opportunity is perfect for you! *Key Responsibilities* * Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching and edging to keep grounds pristine and inviting * Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently * Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed * Conduct gardening tasks like planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal displays to enhance curb appeal. Power washing as needed. * Use hand tools for planting, digging, weeding, and soil preparation to support healthy plant growth * Carry out routine lawn care activities including fertilizing, aerating, and pest control to promote lush greenery * Assist with landscape installation projects and ongoing land improvements under supervision * Maintain a clean, professional, and well-kept outdoor environment *Qualifications* * Strong knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape maintenance techniques * Previous professional landscaping or grounds maintenance experience required * Experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively * Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods * Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent gardening skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics * Familiarity with landscaping best practices including soil preparation and plant selection * Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions accurately * Valid driver’s license preferred Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes that inspire!
