Experienced Service Advisor Part-Time

Part-Time Service Advisor Kia of Warrenton, Warrenton, OR Kia of Warrenton is a trusted automotive dealership serving the Oregon community. We're looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis.Position OverviewThe Part-Time Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between our customers and our service department. You'll be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, writing repair orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Perform vehicle walk-around inspections and accurately document customer concerns. Write and prepare repair orders with detailed descriptions of symptoms, problems, and required services. Provide customers with accurate cost and time estimates for service and repairs. Communicate with service technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion. Keep customers informed of service progress, completion times, and any changes to estimates. Obtain customer approval before performing any additional repairs. Advise customers on recommended maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and manufacturer specifications. Verify warranty and service contract coverage. Schedule service appointments and manage service workflow. Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally. Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings. Follow up with customers regarding service reminders and scheduled maintenance.
