Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Assist in improving GAAP compliance and preparing journal entries for accurate general ledger maintenance Leverage NetSuite for daily accounting operations and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate transaction reporting Perform account reconciliations and prepare documentation for complex transactions, including stock-based compensation and revenue recognition Required Qualifications BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license preferred 5-7+ years of corporate accounting experience with a public company and/or Big 4 public accounting background Proficiency in NetSuite or comparable ERP systems Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and experience with technical accounting standards Experience preparing or reviewing technical accounting memos and conducting GAAP research
