Load Planner/Dispatcher (On-Site)

Dynamic Transit Co. is seeking an experienced Load Planner / Dispatcher to join our operations team in a fast-paced transportation environment.This role is responsible for coordinating daily freight movements, communicating with drivers and internal teams, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining DOT compliance standards.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate freight movements across assigned regions Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations teams Monitor loads and resolve transportation issues in real time Ensure proper load securement and DOT compliance Utilize McLeod LoadMaster TMS system Help maximize efficiency and on-time service performance RequirementsMinimum 2 years of transportation or logistics experience REQUIRED Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment McLeod and refrigerated freight experience is a plus Benefits401(k) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Schedule & LocationDay shift On-site only / In person
