We offer stability, great benefits, and the satisfaction of building parts that truly make a difference.ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:Provide premier customer service to internal and external customersShip domestic flight (ltl, tl, air, etc.)Prepare bills of lading, airship bills, and all other required documentationInvoice customer and warehouse shipmentsPrepare export expeditesVerify packing slipsPrepare shipping memosPrepare shipment trackingMay have to provide international shipment trackingNavigate Customer portals and Precision Shipping systemCommunicate to Drivers and Dispatch for shipment bookings and pickups/deliveriesHours are 8:00am- 4:00PMSecondary Responsibilities (non-primary job functions):Perform typing and filingMaintain proof of deliveriesReview In transit Reporting for DiscrepanciesTransmit ASN'sTransfillingInvestigate shortage requests and credit submissionsPerform E-Wix preparationAny other similar or associated duties necessary to accomplish job objectives, or as assigned by the immediate supervisorQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:High school education or equivalent requiredGood data entry and typing skills requiredKnowledge of filing systems helpfulIntermediate office PC skills requiredWork as a team player in a fast-paced environmentEqual Employment OpportunityParker is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
