Lead Full Stack Engineer

Overview As Lead Full Stack Engineer you will guide the development of a secure, scalable federal analytics platform that unifies structured and unstructured data for search, analytics, and AI-assisted decision support. You’ll collaborate with government customers and cross‑functional teams to design end-to-end solutions, uphold security and accessibility standards, and deliver an MVP within seven months. This role combines hands‑on coding with technical leadership to shape a mission‑critical data platform.
