CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Group Home- Mid Shift and Night Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized in-home healthcare support. The ideal candidate will assist clients with ADLs, daily activities, and medication administration, and ensure a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to clients according to their individual care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Perform incontinence care- safely and efficiently manage incontinence care by changing adult diapers, cleaning, and ensuring patients skin is properly cared for to prevent irritation with sores.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routines
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients
- Monitor and report changes in client health status to the supervising nurse
-transportation as a responsibility taking clients to their doctors appointments or community activities.
Skills
- Proficient in HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records
- Experience in medication administration and basic medical procedures
- Knowledge of caregiving principles and practices, especially in home health settings
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a compassionate manner
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality patient care
-Ability to use Hoyer lift
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
