Principal Agile Consultant / Coach (100% Travel) Full-time, Permanent. 100% Travel Job from Monday to Thursday anywhere in the USA. Role Summary The Principal Agile Consultant / Coach is responsible for leading large-scale Agile transformation initiatives across multiple client locations. The role involves consulting, coaching, and driving continuous improvement in Agile practices, working cross-culturally, and traveling up to four days a week. Note Client is willing to provide relocation assistance.Position/Role: Principal Agile Consultant / CoachLocation: NYC, IL, NJ, CA, TXDuration: Full Time (Permanent) Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience can be considered in lieu of every year of education. 15 years of experience with Information Technology. Preferred Qualifications 12–15 years of experience leading business or systems integration programs. Experience leading large teams. Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state, and national client locations. Agile Consulting and System Integration experience in a top-tier consulting organization. Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary. Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations.
