We are conducting a confidential search for a Plant Manager to lead a major chemical manufacturing site in Southwest Louisiana.This is a high-impact role for a proven site leader who has led large, complex operations and knows how to move a strong plant to the next level. The right person will bring deep experience across safety, reliability, cost performance, leadership development, and operational execution.We’re looking for:20+ years in chemical, petrochemical, refining, polymers, or related process manufacturingPrior Plant Manager or full-site leadership experienceLarge-site and ideally multi-site leadership backgroundStrong technical grounding across operations, engineering, maintenance, and reliabilityDemonstrated results in safety improvement, reliability, cost control, and team developmentA visible, credible leader who can raise accountability and strengthen an already solid cultureThis is not a first-time Plant Manager opportunity.
