You will work with a team comprised of a customer service administrative representative and service and inspection technicians. In this role you will ensure we are meeting our clients' expectations while at the same time striving to achieve the branch, district and company goals.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProvide timely, accurate sprinkler labor forecastingEnsure on time Inspection, Testing and Maintenance contracts are reviewed, tasked, scheduled, and executed to meet the life safety needs of our clientsResponsible for the Service Coordination and ensure timely work order completionEffective collaboration and communication with all Impact Fire managers and staff across the branch and districtMaintain positive, proactive, and effective communication with customers at all timesOffer flexible and helpful customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat businessPromote & maintain awareness and compliance of H&S procedures and standardsCollaborate with Safety support services to effectively assist and promote new initiative implementationProvide Sales contract review and supportContribute to building a high-performance team who can operate efficiently, effectively, productively and cost effectivelyMust be able to maintain attention to detail, and deliver a quality service to our customers.Adapt to the ever-changing business climate of our business.Possess the willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.JOB EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATIONSFire Sprinkler service administration experienceUnderstand cost and billingsBe comfortable working with and processing paperwork timelyPossess a working understanding and willingness to learn leadership principles and best practicesPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess excellent personal organization and business administration skillsSuccessful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
