This role is critical to ensuring that employees, visitors, candidates, and callers experience Elite as organized, confident, responsive, and welcoming from the moment they engage with us.The ideal candidate is a seasoned, bilingual professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks on their feet, and takes ownership of the front desk experience. They are calm under pressure, polished in communication, and instinctively customer-service oriented-anticipating needs rather than reacting to problems.Success in this role looks like:Visitors and callers feeling immediately welcomed, supported, and confident in EliteThe front office running smoothly without oversightClear, professional communication across teamsIssues being resolved quickly and independently through sound judgmentThis position embodies Elite's core values of Adaptability, Integrity, Perseverance, and Teamwork in daily interactions and decision-making.RequirementsRequired Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - REQUIREDMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer-facing roleDemonstrated ability to interact confidently with executives, employees, vendors, and guestsStrong customer service mindset with a calm, solutions-oriented approachExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think quickly, problem-solve independently, and make sound decisionsHigh level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detailProficient with office technology including multi-line phones, email, and Microsoft Office toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting a corporate or multi-department office environmentPrior responsibility for meeting coordination, catering, or vendor managementFamiliarity with facilities support or office operations
