Key Responsibilities
Manage online community and communication platforms for multiple customers
Recommend and implement engagement tactics to enhance customer community interaction
Mentor and train team members on community management and consulting best practices
Required Qualifications
Experience in community management and customer engagement
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive goals
Strong technical aptitude for learning new software platforms
