Lead Commercial Installer

Reports To: Installation Team LeadPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and motivated Installer to support our installation operations team. This role is responsible for assisting with the delivery, assembly, and installation of commercial furniture products at customer locations. The Installer works closely with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety, professionalism, and quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team setting, and wants to grow within the commercial interiors and field services industry.Key Responsibilities Assist with unloading, organizing, and preparing furniture for installation Install systems furniture, workstations, panel systems, and related products according to layouts and specifications Review job drawings and installation instructions to ensure accurate setup Inspect products for damage or shortages and communicate issues promptly Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout the project Follow company safety procedures, appearance standards, and customer site requirements Accurately complete timesheets and project paperwork Provide professional communication with customers, coworkers, and project teams Support warehouse, delivery, or field operations as business needs requireQualifications Minimum of 3 months of installation, moving, warehouse, or related field experience preferred Previous systems furniture installation experience is a plus Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions Strong reliability, teamwork, and customer service mindset Basic math and measurement skills Valid driver's license required Must provide basic installation tools or purchase from StorrPhysical Demands Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs. regularly Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching Flexibility to work overtime or occasional evenings/weekends as needed Consistent attendance and punctuality requiredCareer Path OpportunitiesThis position offers opportunities for advancement into roles such as:Senior InstallerLead InstallerField Operations LeadershipInstallation Project CoordinationIf you enjoy physical, team-oriented work and want to build a long-term career in commercial installation services, we encourage you to apply.Satisfactory MVR (driving record)D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require a drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check, and required testing, a valid Driver's License, and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification PolicySalary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourJob Posted by ApplicantPro
