Whether it's quick decisions, challenging discussions or the further development of structures, you will be right at the heart of things – and that's what makes the role so exciting. Your Future Role + Responsibility for the smooth running of all operational HR processes for defined clients/units/departments – in particular rental, sales and procurement + Point of contact for employees and managers in the assigned units for all HR-related issues + Close coordination with HR experts from the individual HR disciplines + Responsibility for the entire recruitment process: selection, interviews and contract negotiations, including prior needs assessment and profile creation + Advising and sparring with managers on topics such as personnel planning, performance and labour law issues – with an understanding of sales requirements + Designing measures relating to further development, performance and employee satisfaction + Collaboration on HR projects with strategic relevance (e.g. digitalisation projects, employer branding, process optimisation) + Preparation of strategic decision templates for HR management What You Bring to the Team + Completed degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on human resources management or personnel management + Initial professional experience as a recruiter, personnel officer, HR business partner or in the HR field is desirable + Strong consulting and problem-solving skills in all personnel-related issues + Experience with applicant management systems (e.g. Onlyfy), XING Talent Manager and/or LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage + Fluent German and good English skills + Confident use of MS Office programmes Our Benefits – Because You're Our Priority at ELA You have the option to work up to 60% of your week from home. 60% Working from home You have the option to work up to 60% of your week from home.
