OneStream Senior Consultant

The Opportunity You will join a consultancy focused on helping CFO teams unlock the full value of their technology across consolidation, planning, and reporting. This position sits within a Corporate Performance Management team supporting finance organisations through transformation initiatives. With regulatory demands increasing and reporting cycles tightening, clients rely on strong implementation leadership to deliver stable, scalable consolidation solutions. You will take ownership of OneStream implementations from initial design through to go-live, working directly with senior finance stakeholders and guiding project teams through complex delivery cycles. This is a hybrid role that can be based anywhere in Germany. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end OneStream consolidation implementations, from early-stage engagement through solution design, build, testing, and deployment Manage the full project lifecycle including UAT, parallel runs, training, and documentation Coordinate internal and client teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are achieved Support clients in translating reporting and consolidation requirements into effective technical solutions Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders throughout project delivery Your Background At least 3 years of experience in financial consolidation and group reporting environments Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles Hands-on experience with OneStream or comparable EPM/consolidation platforms such as SAP, HFM, Tagetik, or Lucanet Consulting experience with exposure to client-facing delivery and solution design Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken Additional Experience (Desirable) Exposure to scripting or programming to support technical configuration or customisation Experience supporting finance transformation or systems implementation projects Why Consider This Role Work directly with CFO organisations on meaningful transformation programmes Take ownership of full lifecycle implementations rather than isolated tasks Join a culture that values accountability, technical depth, and individual initiative Gain exposure to a wide variety of industries and complex reporting environments J-18808-Ljbffr
