Translate business needs into IT solutions and roadmaps.Project Leadership:Guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment phases. Ensure architecture compliance and delivery quality.Salesforce Expertise:Oversee data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), declarative automation, and environment management. Hands-on experience and knowledge of Heroku and Data CloudGovernance & Communication:Evangelize architecture governance, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and ensure documentation and testing protocols are in place.Team Collaboration & Mentorship:Lead and mentor Salesforce professionals, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field8–10 years in IT Architecture; 5+ years leading Salesforce projectsStrong SDLC experience (Agile/Waterfall)Experience with Heroku and Salesforce Data CloudExperience with Azure Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App BuilderExcellent communication, leadership, and analytical skillsPreferred:Master’s DegreeCertified Technical Architect (CTA) or other Salesforce Architect certificationsExperience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and ArchiMate modelingCore Competencies:Strategic thinking and problem-solvingProactive, can-do attitudeStrong relationship-building and stakeholder engagementAbility to tailor communication across audiencesVisual and written conceptualization of solutions
