Oracle Analytics & EPM Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Oracle Analytics & EPM Developer to join our finance and technology team. This role is essential in supporting enterprise-wide financial planning and reporting processes through data integration, automation, and business intelligence.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Financial Data Integration (FDI). You’ll be responsible for developing secure, scalable data pipelines and delivering insightful dashboards that empower finance and business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.🔑 Key Responsibilities:Development & Integration:Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using FDI to load data from source systems into Oracle EPMConfigure, optimize, and monitor integration jobs for performance and accuracyBusiness Intelligence & Reporting:Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)Develop and manage datasets, logical models, and data flows within OACImplement robust security models for access control and data governanceCollaboration & Support:Work with finance users, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirementsProvide support and training to end-users on OAC tools and EPM reporting featuresPartner with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure data reliability, performance, and system health📌 Required Qualifications:3–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)Proven experience with Financial Data Integration (FDI) in Oracle EPM environmentsStrong SQL skills and familiarity with relational and multidimensional data modelsExperience building financial dashboards and reports aligned with FP&A workflowsExcellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experienceU.S. work authorization required⭐ Preferred Skills:Experience with Oracle EPM Planning modules (e.g., Workforce, CapEx, Financials)Familiarity with Essbase, Smart View, or other Oracle Cloud EPM toolsKnowledge of enterprise data architecture or integration platformsLocation: Remote (U.S. Only)Employment Type: Full-TimeVisa Status: U.S.-based candidates only.
