Location: Seattle metro, Washington | Full-time | Remote (Field-Based) Employment Type: W-2 (Salary + Commission) Industry: Disposable Food Packaging About Genet Western Genet Western is a long-established manufacturer’s representative in disposable food packaging, with nearly 50 years of experience serving manufacturers, distributors, and end users on the West Coast and across the U.S. The Role The Sales & Account Manager develops new distributor and end-user accounts and drives business growth within the assigned territory. This is a remote-based outside sales role with no office requirement. Frequent local travel is required to visit customers and prospects, with additional travel as business needs require. What You’ll Do Identify, prospect, and develop new distributor and end-user accounts across the territory Execute sales strategies to enter new markets and drive business growth Manage sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to close Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and end customers Track opportunities and sales data in the CRM, share market and competitive insights, and provide clear updates to leadership and manufacturer partners Perform other sales-related activities as needed to support revenue growth, customer retention, and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a broker or manufacturer Comfortable working remotely while managing an active field territory Organized, self-motivated, and strong on follow-through Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as business needs require Compensation Base salary plus performance-based commission Travel and business expense reimbursement per company policy
