This role plays a key part in managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, and alignment with internal controls. The Senior Accountant will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Production, Supply Chain, and Quality—to support cost tracking, month-end close, and financial analysis that drives growth and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production data to ensure accurate product costing and margin analysis.Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.Maintain standard cost models for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.Minimum 5 years of accounting experience; manufacturing environment preferred.Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
