If you enjoy working hands-on with financial systems, improving processes, and collaborating across teams, this role offers both visibility and impact.What You Will DoFinancial Systems SupportSupport, maintain, and troubleshoot financial applications including accounting, billing and collections, time entry, expense reporting, budgeting, and business intelligence toolsPartner with Finance and IT on system upgrades, configurations, and new implementationsMaintain and enhance custom Microsoft Access applications using VBA and established best practicesData Analytics and ReportingBuild and maintain financial reports and dashboards using SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Excel, and other BI toolsWrite and execute SQL queries to analyze, validate, and manage financial dataProvide ad hoc reporting and insights for Finance leadership and internal stakeholdersProcess ImprovementAnalyze current financial processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiencyHelp streamline workflows, reporting, and procedures through technology and smarter system usageParticipate in firm-wide initiatives related to financial systems and data enhancementsCollaboration and DocumentationServe as a technical liaison between Finance and ITSupport testing and validation during system upgrades and implementationsAssist with data governance efforts and maintain strong knowledge of system integrationsDocument procedures, workflows, and technical specificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field4+ years of hands-on experience supporting financial systemsStrong understanding of financial concepts, metrics, and business operationsAdvanced Excel skills and strong SQL and database management experienceExperience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or SSRSStrong communication skills with a customer service mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentialityPreferredExperience in a law firm or professional services environmentHands-on experience with legal financial systems such as Aderant, Intapp Time, Emburse, or BigHandAdvanced Microsoft Access and VBA skillsFamiliarity with database and cube structuresWork ScheduleThis role is fully onsite for the first 90 days to support training and relationship building. After that, a hybrid schedule is offered with a minimum of two days onsite per week.
