Sr Python AWS Cloud Developer

We have a Long Term Contract for a Sr Python AWS Cloud Developer with a client based in Dallas, TX.This would a remote opportunity with quarterly travel, expenses paid.Below details are must and not negotiable:A) WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR Candidates currently focused on Java, DevOps, or SREB) LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH STABLE JOB HISTORY - 2-3 YEARS AT ONE JOB.C) LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH 14+ YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCEThis is a very python focused.For Python, we’re looking to make sure they’ve written complex business logic in Python, not just scripts and infrastructure code. Specifically within a lambda. So building actual applications in Python with an understanding of development design patterns and optimizations.Summary of Cloud role: Cloud-native AWS developer with strong Python-based AWS Lambda development experience.Must have hands-on experience building AWS Lambda functions in Python from scratch. Candidates who primarily write Lambdas in Java or Node.js are not a fit.Should have a Java development background but have transitioned to Python and AWS and spent at least the last 4+ years focused on Python-based AWS development.Strong knowledge of core AWS services and cloud-native application development is required.Must have experience with Terraform (IaC), as the team has moved away from CloudFormation.Python automation experience is valuable, but they also need hands-on experience using Python to build and migrate Lambda applications as part of modernization or rewrite initiatives.
