General Labor/Assembler SCS Gearbox is a family owned and operated company in Bellevue OH is looking for an Assembler for our Assembly Bench. We are a high-performance racing component manufacturer that makes custom builds to our customer orders. **Phones not permitted on the shop floor** Shift – Day Shift Only, 4 - 10 Hours Shifts + Friday, Hours can extend with notice to 12s, No Weekends Benefits – Will be discussed at interview Pay - $16 to $22 Depending on experience Job Overview - Assemble according to work orders and build assemblies to customer specifications. Restock tools, bolts, parts to shelves. Help with manual or CNC machining to complete parts for assemblies. Maintain a clean environment. Skills – · Proficient using hand tools and power tools · Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic issues · Ability to assemble products according to specifications of a work order and build sheet · Measuring ability · Manual machining · Basic CNC knowledge Requirements – · Lifting abilities minimum 50 lbs · Be able to stand, crouch, kneel for extended periods of time. · Mechanical inclined · Interest in growing in machining knowledge · Reliable attendance · Reliable transportation · Keen attention to detail · Self-starter to keep motivated and productive in builds Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
