Job DescriptionMust be local to Seattle/RedmondMust be PMP Certified Technical Project Manager or Microsoft Certifications are highly valuedMust have Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SharePoint architecture, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).Must have Project Management Experience: Proven experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and project documentation.Must have Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and security teams.Description of Services:Key Responsibilities:System Ownership: Own the strategy, lifecycle, and security of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.Project Governance: Develop site structures, content management strategies, and security protocols aligned with enterprise standards.Technical Implementation: Configure custom lists, document libraries, Power Automate workflows, and Power Platform integrations.Stakeholder Management: Translate business needs into technical requirements, present updates, and drive user adoption.Support & Training: Create documentation and training materials, and provide guidance to end users.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate).Project Management: Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and documentation.Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (developers, administrators, security teams).Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Microsoft certifications preferred.
